Bought sexed pullets from Tractor Supply about 8 weeks ago, all labeled ISA Brown. One looks different than the others and has really big rooster energy though (with one more changing similarly too). I know ISA Roos are white, maybe mislabeled? Some green feathers coming in too. Would appreciate thoughts on breed and gender. Thanks!

These look more like RIR than ISA's to me. At least based on the chickens I have, the RIR is dark colored like yours and the ISA's are a lighter red and white. If they are RIR then I think it's possible the chicken with the large red comb and developing wattles could be male.

Welcome!
It's a boy, and I also think you have hatchery RIRs. At least this cockerel is one.
Feed stores often get chicks mixed up in their bins, especially if customers can access them.
Mislabeling isn't rare at all, but your pullets should be good layers. your cockerel, not so much...

Does this mean that the other one developing wattles and a comb is too? those two like to get pretty spar-y with each other

Do you mean the one in the background in the first picture? If it's the same age as the other then yes, he is also a cockerel.
