I have a Rio Grande Turkey who hatched 15 eggs this winter. Unexpectedly, she started laying again this spring. She is up to twenty eggs now, but she won't sit on them. Should we take them from her and incubate them? Or let her sit on them when she decides to?

With 15 eggs already and still not setting, I would grab them and incubate them. The first few eggs are already old, not sure how fertile turkey eggs are with days that pass but with chickens it's best to start the hatching process before Day 10, though some eggs will still be fertile for about 2 weeks and even more. But I would start the process now if I were you.

Turkeys usually have large clutches before they decide to set.... 20 is quite a few! I'd give her a few more days and then if she hasn't gone broody, I would consider taking a few of them and incubating them in a bator.
