Unhatched eggs

My broody had a clutch of 8 eggs. Two hatched 48 hous ago at 21 days. She has been on all the eggs the same length of time as I ordered them from My Pet Chicken. I am ecstatic beyond words for those two since I didn't think any would hatch. But anyway...how long should I give the other 6 eggs a chance? I never candled any of the eggs.

Man, you and me same same . It's so frustrating! First hatch? It's mine and I made so many mistakes I guess I should be thankful that one hatched. Hoping for a miracle here! Keep me posted on how it goes!

Surprised the broody hasn't kicked the eggs out of the nest by now. You can go ahead and clear them out.

Shipped eggs are really hit or miss. A lot has to do with which facilities the eggs passed through. Where I used to live was a postal dead zone for shipped eggs. Would be lucky to hatch 2 or 3 of 15. Moved an hour away from that black hole and shipped egg hatch rate jumped to 70%.

The post office really messed this delivery up both in transit and delivery day so I am so thankful to have gotten two babies that hatched. The other 6 were duds. I checked.
