Unique hen situation

I had a mama hen hatch 3 eggs from 3 different hens we have and a rooster we have they were all raised together outside the mama protected them but there was never any fights or anything, now these hens are 16weeks old and it’s like I have 2 gangs the older hens and rooster do their thing and the 3 pullets separate themselves and do their thing when they all go in at night they sleep at opposite ends of the roosting bar. I know the top 2 hens kind of will peck at them if they get in their way but shouldn’t they be merged and establish pecking order by now?

Your dynamics sound completely normal, I wouldn't worry. They'll merge in their own time, give it a few weeks

Until the new pullets start laying eggs, they will be a sub flock, admitted and accepted into the flock, yet not quite. As they get near to laying, one day you will go down and the divide will be gone. It is kind of neat to see.
