unoccupied nest

so I thought I had 2 broodies but I look at night an one nest of eggs has no broody sitting ,,, she is sleeping on perch with other chickens I don't have a incubator but I do have a heat lamp but no telling how many nights or if the eggs have been broody properly any help

Get a flashlight. Go in a COMPLETELY dark room. Candle the eggs. Shine the flashlight in the eggs by putting it on the bottom. Check fro veins.

Why did you suspect two were broody?
Does she sit during the day or?

so she does sit an share sitting with a third hen I noticed , I also candled all eggs last night some looked earlier in development so I made 3 separate nest ,, sliding the more developed looking eggs under my very committed broody

could see a break on one I slid under her it only had a little pocket of air left on small corner of egg ,, hopefully wasn't a bad egg lol I didn't see any blood ring most the egg was dark an could only make the head an beak out clearly
