Hello there,
I have been selling eggs for about a year now and i have come across something that hasn't happened before. I put washed and refrigerated eggs outside our front door for a customer at about 9am this morning. I then went out for the day and got home at 4pm and noticed that she hadn't picked the eggs up. Where the eggs were was shady for the first part of the day and got some sun later in the day. The eggs still felt a bit cool to the touch. I immediately put the eggs back in the fridge. I am wondering if they are still safe to sell to her as she is coming by to get them in the next hour or so. Any help would be appreciated. I should note that I live on Vancouver Island in Canada and it was about 20 degrees (68 F) today.
Thank you

Thank you so much for your reply penny1960. I have talked to her and she said she is fine with the ones I put aside for her. She will just cook them well. I appreciate your help. Have a great night :)
