Unschooled, Unversed and Unafraid

Hello everyone! I am new here and this is my first time raising chickens EVER. We got 4 chicks from a local tractor store just about 4 weeks ago. The chicks that they had were " hatchery's choice" so we have no clue what we have got. I took this overhead pick of them back on March 19th so they were maybe 3 ish weeks old here? Any clues as to what I got?
