Unsure on Maran chicks

We hatched some eggs that were supposed to be Blue Copper Marans, but only 2 are black, the other 2 are gray/yellow. Are they splashes maybe? Also of note, one of the eggs wasn't brown, it was greenish.

Gray/yellow would fit for splash. The chick hatched from a green egg won't be purebred and will likely lay olive green eggs if it is female. The fact that you got a green egg at all from what were supposed to be Marans tells me they might all be crosses. There's no way of knowing for sure yet, but you could post pictures when they grow up and folks in here will help with that, too.
