Day 28 first time did some candle lighting all my white eggs looked like this the brown I am unsure it's seems like it's not quite develop and wile I was looking I found this one and stop candle lighting

my one green egg piped in sure when the I no my chickens would be late but not this late lost hope but still waiting for a pip was not home for 2 or 3 days traveling the island didn't have much time to in between and never seen movement or piping until now day 48 mins in to day 29 in cluding my lock down day the first day you don't count

The first picture looks like it might have started to develop and quit for what ever reason.


The second picture....can you put a flashlight or phone light up against the air cell and see if you see movement in the air cell?
Do this in a dark room and report back.

Couldn't see anything to dark. darkest eggs I have ever candle light lol cool really unsure

Um...well I guess you are just going to have to wait and see if it hatches.


Do you happen to have a thermometer in your set up?

Yes had good temps low humidity 30 40 but when I was home it was 60 to 65 temperatures my lowest was 30 31 and hiest was 37

How long can the live after pip I have 30 eggs and olny one pip and I say around 10 did even really do much some things vanes and weird ness and then some dark but didn't looking dark enough or couldn't make out a chick for sure didn't check my green eggs for some reason tho I don't no y just a few eight and brown didn't want to disturbe them at all unexpected lol just did no how much you could handle them so I did it very little

I have seen them hatch a good 24 hours after they made the external pip.

Well I will see if anyone else pips trough by tomorrow or the next will let the go for a few more and see if I get anything lol fun tho all the hi and lows are crazy lol I will definitely try again ASAP I want to hacth them I will hacth them and sorry for the misspellings don't got my GED just grade 5 lol and I am Newfie by lol thanks keep in touch
