Unusual behavior and lethargy

Hello all, my 1 year old buff orpington was acting off when I checked on the crew this morning. It had snowed maybe 7 inches here I'm not sure if she is acting like this because she is cold but here are her "symptoms" you could say:
-lethargy
-puffing of feathers
-minimal eating and drinking
-no devacating when I have been present
-she hasn't laid in a bit but that could be do to the cold... ?
-she is super weak looking and cannot stand for long.
I will post a picture. We currently have her in a dog kennel in our basement with access to food and water.

What does her poop look like? She could be egg bound.

I havent seen it. I was down in the basement with her for 30 mins and she hadn't pooped at all.

Check her crop tonight, then remove feed and water.
Check crop and poops in the morning.
