Unusual feathers after moulting

My golden laced wyandotte hen Myrtle, has completed her moult and has regrown her feathers a couple of weeks ago. However, I keep finding what appear to be new feathers not completely unfurled. Any advice appreciated

Is she shedding these feathers or are you finding them on her? Did you worm her during the molt?

They might just be in areas she can't reach well and you can help break that sheathing for her.

She is shedding these feathers and no, she wasn't wormed during the moult.

What % protein feed is she on?

I couldn't actually tell you the % but it is the premium layer feed available at the produce store.
