Unusual frantic behavior in laying hen

Hi all,

I have a 1 year old New Hampshire hen who is displaying some very unusual behavior today. She seems frantic-- running up to windows and scratching, pecking at them constantly, and showing no interest in foraging like the others. She's also making strange vocalizations... it's hard to describe, but it's sort of a rapid, guttural, constant murmur. She isn't paralyzed at all, stool seems normal, vaccinated, and the other two hens are completely normal.

Could be coincidence, but my dad sprayed an herbicide (ugh, even though we told him not to!) on the yard a few days prior. However, she is just now acting like this today.

Any ideas are much appreciated!

If my hens were doing that I would check the nest boxes to see if there is something wrong there. That is what mine do when I move their nest boxes.
