One of my ex-batts (4ish years old) was off form with ruffled feathers. Still eating and drinking. She has a history of getting egg bound so I gave her a bath and she past a sack thing? Definitely not a shelless egg as have seen those before. Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture.

Anyway, she perked up but then went backwards again so I gave her another bath as no egg had been laid in 24 hours. Nothing this time but noticed overnight she’s past weird poo (picture attached). But seems happier again today :/

Parasite treatment is up to date.

Any ideas what’s going on? Going to take her to vet tomorrow as they’re closed today

Have you checked her crop function? Is it full at night and empty in the morning?
How is her weight?
Have you checked between her legs for fluid build up?
Sadly, production egg layers usually don't live long as they are very prone to developing reproductive issues including cancer. A 4-yr old ex-batt is an old girl.
