Unwell Copper maran chicks

I have 5 one week old Copper Maran chicks. Two of them seem to be a bit unwell, they are drinking and eating but one is gurgling and opening and closing its beak like it is hard to breath. "The 2nd one is not gurgling but drinks all the time and also has the opening an closing of the beak. Any suggestions. I really do not want to lose them as they came from the eggs of my brood which were all killed by Mink 3 weeks ago.
