* UPDATE*3.5 month old silkie, she's gone...

She is not looking so great since the cold... was it to early to put her out there with the others?? Now she is sitting back on her butt and is very lathargic...how old should they be to go outside in the cold. I just got her from a silkie breeder that told me it would be ok to put her out in an unheated house with three other silkies that are 8 months old.Temp was 31 degees this morning when I got up at 7am. Should I bring her in??

Can you bring her in for awhile, until she warms up ?? Then see if she changes ?? It's down to 38 here, my silkies ( 9 weeks ) , I have 4, are with 6 other bantams out in thier coop with a 75 watt red heat lamp and do just fine .......

Yep...brought her in about an hour ago....she was in a ball and then all of a sudden she slowly tilted her head back as far as it could go all the way to her back and then fell over on her side....I picked her up and set her back down and now she appears to be sleeping?? She is breathing...not sure what will happen.
