It has male specif feathering, and that comb it big and red for 9 weeks.
Your cockerel also appears to be a bielefelder.

Interesting shape for a cockerel. It has the body shape and tail of a pullet, but a large comb. I think that is because of the shape of the Bielefelder rooster.
