Hello all!!
Just an update on my hen. (Included original post at the end) She is still inside the house bc she still can't walk well. Other then that she has gained weight and looks fantastic. Eating, drinking, pooping are all completely normal and super alert. I started her on a vitamin B complex 4 days ago. She refuses to eat her feed. If I put it in her dish, she will either use her beak to throw it all on the floor or dump it all out with her foot. I have been giving her meal worms, sunflower seeds, oatmeal, lentils and scratch to get her to eat. If anyone has any suggestions on how to get her to eat her feed or about her walking, please pipe in!
😊

Wet chicken feed and a bit of cooked egg might be appealing, and more nutritious than all of those other things. Are you trying to lift her up to get her legs worming some? You might want to research how to make a chicken sling or chair.
Ok. I gave her mash and she stubbed it. I'll try to put some egg in there. We were making her walk around the house, but then stopped. I have seen sling chairs for chicken's before. I was wondering if one would help get her walking again. She does seem cozy and content inside though lol

I wet the feed and added egg. She ate the egg and absolutely will not touch the mash🤦‍♀️
