Update on I can't stand it

I have 4 baby peeps the first one hatched about 5:30 this am NN silkie black, sooo cute, so I have 8 more in the bator to go and 5 under Whynona, tomorrow is the official hatch date. This is like the 4 th batch of eggs I have tried to incubate and I have success this time. This is a still air incubator and I hand turned 2x daily and talked to to them alot maybe that helped. Thanks for the wonderful eggs Lisa!!!!!!!

This chick just hatched and I have never seen this before,the blood from the umbilical cord I assume,will it be OK? sume
