Update on my baby chick

Is there anything else I can give her to help? I’ve already been giving her treatments for wry neck.
Unfortunately some chicks can be born with bone deformities, and there usually is no treatment. Sometimes they can make it with some extra care as long as they can get around to eat and drink.

No, I don't think it will hurt anything. I can't see the video, but if she's eating, drinking, pooping, holding her own in the flock, then I see no reason to rush. It's really up to you. Sometimes birds with deformities do just fine despite being a bit different, it just depends on what's wrong. If it's not affecting her eating, drinking and swallowing, or her getting around and doing chicken things, she may do well. When a bird has a deformity, there is also the possibility that they may have other issues that are not as obvious, but it's very hard to say. And many times there really isn't a good treatment option anyway. I would just monitor how she's doing, maybe weigh her regularly, make sure she's growing, taking in enough feed, make sure she continues to be an accepted member of the flock.
