update on my sick hen

A few days ago, i posted a thread re:my sick hen.
she is still sick. i feel awful for her.

shes been in the house for a week now.
i have tried medicine,, and nothings working.
shes drinking a bit of water,, only when i put it up to her.
shes been sleeping alot lately.
poop is still yellowish and runny like. (already posted a thread on that too)
just i am so sad for her.
I bring her outside to free range with the others, however that was bad, becuase they started pecking at her.
This is our first time with loosing (possibly dont know yet) a chicken... i didnt relize how sad i am about it!!
I look at her lil eyes, and she makes noises.. she will always be my girl.

I am getting 5 more baby chicks next monday, and dont know how long she will last if at all.
just wanted to share the update on her.

Thanks for the update , i dont remember seeing your other post, but have you tried tylan 50? I think that might help you? Im assuming you checked her crop and you checked for lice and mites, and looked for any mold/ chemicals she could have gotten into?

Ive done the egg bound thing... warm bath... i feel like now, i just want peace for her.
shes in a cage in the house. warmth for her now.

Okay so you havent felt her crop then? Thats diffrent from her being eggbound? Have you tried Tylan 50?.... so your thinking about putting her down
