Hello everyone!!
A few months back I got a quite a few different responses as to whether or not my two EE chicks were pullets or Roos.
I wanted to update you all!!
Eventually (after 3 posts and over 4 months old) - this lovely and amazing community agreed - they were girls! I live in Canada - so cold weather has delayed egg production a bit buuuuuut... today Sven laid her first egg!!
A lovely colour I think (although I’m a first time chicken owner so.... I don’t really have any clue). She was very possessive at first and it took her over an hour to leave her egg (another girl - Ginny - laid her first egg Monday and has not really stayed on her egg for more than a few minutes after laying).
