She did it again last night...but this time I know what happened...she knocked herself out!! I know that is what happened yesterday morning also because I had just done the same thing. She is starting to act like she is going to fly and since I don't want her loose in the bathroom I put the lid of the tote on the container she is in...but the top has the whole middle cut out and it has screen in it so they can still get plenty of air and light...anyways when I did that last night and playing with them she freaked out when I put the lid on and started running into the sides of the container until she literall knocked herself out!! I thought for sure she had killed herself...but after I took the lid off(as quick as I could)and watched her for a little while she finally woke back up. She stumbled around for awhile...but this morning she is fine and no...I did not put the lid back on the container. Poor baby...I feel terrible :(

I think it is time to get her into a larger brooder/coop before she seriously injures/kills herself.

Agree with sourland...when I brooded my chicks, also in a plastic bin, they outgrew that within 2-3 weeks tops! Poor little thing..hope she doesn't have a headache!!

This the biggest rubbermade tote they make...and it's just 2 of them in there so I think(not positive)she has plenty of room...and she is only a week old. She actually does fine as long as the top is totally open...and it's a tall one too. I named her Henny Penny because I can just imagine her saying the sky is falling the sky is falling!LOL She acts fine today...but I haven't put the lid back on and I won't. I'm not sure if it's just this frizzle or if all frizzles are like this...but over all she has the funniest personality and walks around with attitude! I love her to death! Well I love all of my babies...but it's just something about her :) And I really hope she is a her and not a him.
