update pic on nugget Roo or Pullet

Nugget is now 11 weeks old can you tell me is it a Pullet or a Roo

Nugett doesnt make any crowing sounds but he purrs when I put new food in his pen

He is a rooster. You can tell by the dark red splotches on his shoulders and his reddening comb and wattles.

Definitely a boy. Thick legs and the comb and wattles are big and turning red already is what makes me think so.
