UPDATE - POST 1 - I have a chick thats fading fast :(

Well I fixed the little one some egg yolk and took it out. When I got to the brooder he was laying on his side. Picked him up, he jumped a few time then stopped breathing.

When I went back out this time he had pooped on himself and it was this super pale yellow (almost like cooked egg yolk colored) poop. Any ideas if he may have been sick or if you have seen this poop before..

My husbands favorite new chick (an OEG) isnt doing to well.. Hes not moving very well and is wobbly when he does move. The other chicks had pecked a bald spot on his head by the time I went out and checked on them this morning. I am out of brooder lamps so I just used a large peice of cardboard and seperated the brooder in half under the heat lamp. Gave him his own food & water dish and a stuffed animal, but hes still looking bad.. Im sad that theres nothing else I can do for him

I wonder if he's kind of in shock as a result of the bullying???? Maybe try a little sugar in his water??? Some scrambled egg or chopped up hard boiled egg to tempt him to eat???

I think I will put some egg in with him too, see if it helps. Im hoping he was either too cold (he was down in the "cooler" side of the brooder away from the lamp" or like you mentioned the bullying got to him. He was fine lastnight and running around crazy with the others..

Some chopped egg yolk and a bit of yogurt may help. If you have polyvisol without iron, that can often perk them up quickly.
