Hi, I went ahead and made a new post to just focus on this one chicken.
So this chicken has been low energy for a while -- a lot of laying down. Not eating and drinking very little
Yesterday, we went ahead and syringe fed her some gatorade mixed with a little bit of yogurt. We were going to keep her in the cage away from the others but she was all jumpy in the cage so we let her go back
But today, she spent the whole day lying down... We gave her the syringe again but then found she did not seem to want to stand up on her own.
Symptoms: No diahrea, eyes closed a lot, lack of energy, not wanting to/trouble to stand at times. She will try to snort through nose, then raise head and we will hear a snoring like sound? Not eating and not drinking. Been going on for about a week now.
Here is the youtube video... Should i head over to tractor supply co now and see about giving her some type of antibiotics for her respiratory problems?
