UPDATED: Is my 9-week-old pullet a cockeral?

A few weeks back a posted a thread -- https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/995987/is-my-9-week-old-rir-pullet-a-cockerel -- asking if Dusty, my RIR pullet was really a cockerel.

We got confirmation today ...

Yes, you can definately tell by his attempt to crow, along with the saddle feathers that are beginning to come in.

Dusty is mightily handsome.
