So here are two updated photos. The originals were at six weeks and not very good at showing most of the birds. (They moved too fast). Now at 15 weeks, I’m wondering if the thoughts on sex are the same. At the time, the white one was thought to be a roo, and the brown one a hen. I should mention they are barnyard Easter egger mix, all hatching from green eggs. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks

Those tail feathers on #2 seem male to me, but better pics would help. And #1 looks pullet also. BUT I'm no expert! :D
Thanks. I was confused by the brown ones tail feathers as well. It doesn’t show any roo behaviour though. I’ll just have to wait a little longer.

Grey lavender looking one behind leghorn looks like a roo but the EE mix and leghorn look to be pullets not an expert tho do u have clearer pics of greyish one? All beautiful birds btw xx

Thanks. I knew the grey one is a roo for sure. It’s also been showing behaviours sins a couple weeks old. So lovely looking though. It’s the white one (leg horn, ee mix?) it started with a very red comb early. The brown one had Some longer tail feathers that made me wonder. Being that they are all mixed there’s no standard to look for. An I’m certainly not an expert. I have three barred rock mix I’m trying to get pics of to post. As well.
