i have an older Dickey’s cabinet incubator. It still has the two wafer thermostat setup of which one is not working. I would like to upgrade to digital, since the fiddling with the silly thermostat screw drove me nuts last year and caused horrible hatching rates.
I am looking for input on how easy it is to upgrade and what the best digital replacement would be.

Check out this thread.

Just be sure that the digital controller that you get is a PID controller and that it will read and control to 0.1°.

This was my solution for my old GQF incubator and I am extremely happy that I did it.
