Upper respiratory infection

Hi, I have a silkie who has an URI, we don’t have an avian vet anywhere near us. What is the best way to treat this? I do have some random “left over” human medications in my cupboard. Her eyes are all crusty, would like to clean that up a bit for her (saline and qtip maybe?)Can you give chickens human antibiotics? Thanks so much

Antibiotics are Antibiotic, though you need one called tylan or Tylosin. You might need to remove the pus.
