Upside-down Pipping

I recently just hatched 2 chicks. And now I realized that a 3rd chick is hatching! However, I could see the tiny little pip, and then it rolled over, to where I couldn't see the pip anymore ; it was facing down. I'm a first time hatcher, so what should I do? It is day 21 of incubation.
