Urgent advice required, hatched chick bleeding in incubator

This chick just hatched a few hours ago after working on it all day. She looked like she had an unabsorbed yolk sac that I will post the first photo of, and now she appears to be bleeding from where that yolk sac looking thing is. Also appears to have quite a bit of fluid on left knee. Any thoughts or suggestions? Is it kindest to put her to sleep?

Looks like the umbilical cord. A little blood isn't too bad and I've has chicks do fine with that amount. I think you should wait till it is fluffed up and dry then take it out for a closer look.
