urgent answer needed - big enough for a chabo/bantam?

my bantams are currently living in a chinchilla cage as the house i had order has not come, its apparantly out of stock and wont be available for another month(!)

so ive found this rabbit villa....will it be big enough for 6 chabos???? its that little bit smaller than the other i was going to get..so unsure if it will be good enough?

any opinions? need to know asap as the guy will bring it today if i want it...otherwise it will be next week (so another week stuck in a chinchilla cage(!))

its 195x104x95



this one that can be delivered today is 204cm B x 45cm D x 85cm H so its a bit longer but not as wide.... is width important?

Will they spend all their time in their house, or let out to range? I'm not sure any of them are large enough for 6 birds to live in full time.
