My ameraucana hen who is 1 year and 5 months old. The area near her vent is swollen and hard, and she is not walking that much. She is eating a bit but not drinking water and she is acting very lethargic, there is also yellow discharge coming out her vent. What should I do?!

Looks like she may be having a hard time expelling an egg. I'd get Calcium Citrate into her asap. Aim for 600mg Calcium.
If you don't have that, give her 1 Tums.
