URGENT HELP PLEASE!!!!

I am new to incubating eggs. I have duck eggs that I am trying to hatch but several have died fully developed still in the shell. They die on day 29 or 30. But I have 1 egg right now that should have hatched yesterday. I just candled and I can see it moving in the air sack and I can actually hear the duckling peeping in theire. It has not pipped yet. Can I pipe it for him to make sure he is getting air? How long do I wait before helping? HELP!!!!

I wouldn't help it. I am willing to help if they have already pipped, and have been pipped with no progress for 24 hours.


Why did the other ones die? If they drowned in their shells, I could possibly rethink my position.

I don't know why the others died. The would develp just fine, but on day 29 I would candle and I could see them still moving in there, but then they would never hatch. This is the farthest any of my ducklings have gotten. I havent heard any peeping until now. And I can see that the duckling has moved into the air sack a bit. The others never did. I could only see the bill of the others in the air pocket, but they didn't get any further.
