Urgent Help - Turkey poult 1 week old

Hi I have a turkey poult about 1 week old that has a bubbly sound on the chest, tried to rub it down gently and gave her some water with ACV.
Got her out of the pen from mom into the brooder with a heatlamp.
What could this be and what can I do to help it?

I have Midget Whites that often go broody and hatch poults. They seem to sicken easy; especially if they free range with the hen. From what I have read coccidiosis is commonly the cause of poults sickening and dying. I presently have a hen with 13 new poults-so experiment time.
They are being fed some medicated feed and corid powder dissolvedin the drinking water. They are now seven days old and look great; so far so good. I assume you have other poultry-chickens because of your avatar. Coccidiosis in turkey poults is a common problem when raising them on land where chickens are kept
I, of course, do not know if this could be your problem but it's a possibility. BUT, in the past my free range poults sickened between 10 and 14 days of age, so if you're sure your poult is younger than ten days it's probably not coccidiosis.

Thank you for your response, I don't think it is Cocci, all my other poultry is healthy as can be. Apparently the little one is doing great now after the water with ACV. Not sure what the problem was and would still like to know if anyone recalls the symptoms, bit lethargic and head holding low ...
But again ... the poult is doing great now

Coccidiosis affects young birds and chicks mostly and not mature healthy birds. I am glad that the little one is better.

A bubbly sound is probably a respiratory infection. Can you post some pictures and a video of it?
