I walked down to the coop tonight to find our one of our pullets, Kit, with scabs all over her comb and face. I checked her other side, and that side was also scabbed up, and half of her eye was closed from a scab. We recently introduced her and three others to the remains of our flock. I think that they pecked her, and seeing blood, kept picking at it, but kept biting other parts of her face too. Her face got dabbed with hydrogen peroxide, then neosporin. Is there anything else I can do to help her recovery?

Here are some pictures

Would it be possible it's Fowl Pox? Are there mosquitos in your area? It's very possible to what you're suspecting, others pecking at her. Separate her & keep treating, watching for infection. Is she eating/drinking? Has she started laying?

Ok just saw the picture, looks like Fowl Pox/mosquito bites. It will need to run it's course.
