Urgent!Quail with weird poop is lethargic

My male quail has this weird poop and his acting lethargic. They don’t freerange and they live in cages and don’t interact with other birds.

What are you feeding him?? is there any blood in the poop? I can't tell... try feeding him small amounts of different foods... this might help. I hope he gets better!

Yeah he doesnt eat his food might try giving him mash or something
