Urgent sick chick not eating or drinking

My three day old silkie chick is not eating or drinking and when I dripped a tiny amount of water into its beak it just puked it up a minute later. I've put it into the incubator for now, it was pretty cold. And the water I gave it had some sugar in it but not a lot. What do I do?

It's actually pretty urgent, so if someone could please help, I'd be grateful.

I'm afraid you might lose your chick. Try putting chickens vitamins in the water.

And isolate the chick if not already. Put it in special care.

How is your chick? If you can get it to drink try save a chick packet of electrolytes you can get from farm store. I'm very sorry about your little one and pray she pulls through. (((Hugs)))

Sorry guys, little Nutmeg died about an hour ago. Thanks for trying to help though, I'll keep all this in mind if it happens again.
