I just got this in my email from Urban Harvesters.
This sure made me wonder if I will be able to continue growing plants to feed them.
Whats going to be in my plants?

Note: The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is seeking input on proposed seed modernization legislation. According to food security consultant Cathleen Kneen, the changes proposed by the CFIA would essentially allow the quick and unencumbered registration of GM and pharma-crop seeds in Canada. If this is a concern to you (as it is to many in the food security community), it's urgent and important that your voice be heard, as most of the feedback that the CFIA has received to date is positive support from companies that stand to benefit from the proposed changes.
The cut-off for input is Sat, Mar 31st.
We've just been hearing about it this week, so this is a last-minute notice, unfortunately!
