I have a glut of eggs and I'm looking for quick and easy ways to cook a bunch at once. Were running out of room in the fridge, but I don't want to sell them just yet because a lot are from new layers.

I plan to boil a pot full of eggs (30) and I have a couple of ideas on what I'll do with them, but I could use a few more.

I plan to make deviled eggs with 8-10 and Egg salad with another 4-6 eggs. I'm not opposed to feeding some back to the chickens, but I could use one or two more suggestions to use a few more boiled eggs.

I normally just feed any extra abundance , which I don't wat to sell, back to my chickens.

My mom has used eggs in her garden as fertilizer too.

Chickens will eat boiled eggs, though they prefer raw. Just smash the boiled egg up a bit, shell and all, and toss it in the run. Chaos of gluttony will ensue. I'd feed them back raw and save yourself the trouble of boiling them.

When I have too many eggs, I make tapioca pudding, baked custard, creme brulee, and pastry cream (the yellow custard stuff that goes inside eclairs) and eat it out of bowls. Also, quiche, scrambled eggs, and souffle.

Mash them up with the guts of a baked potato, cheese, black pepper, veg if you want - peas and/or spring onions (scallions?) are good - then stuff all that back into the potato skin with a knob of butter on top and bake for a short while longer.

Add them to packet ramen along with a bit of veg (or make proper ramen but that's not quick & easy).

Make kedgeree or fish pie.

If you want ideas other than boiling them, frittata is a good way to use up lots of eggs and also slightly past-its-best veg and lots of other leftovers / dregs of things too.

That list of things sounds like a stealth invitation:)
