Using lab incubator??

What do you think of using a CO2 incubator for incubating eggs?
We use them in the lab, and they are excellent at maintaining temperature. The only problem that I can see is that there's no window...

ETA : I searched for one new, and they typically run around $3500... but it would do a lot which I didn't need, either.

Does it have a Double door? You could take off the Outer door, and insulate the Inner door?
 
We have an ancient Floor model New Brunswick shaker I have called dibbs on--if it would ever die!
 
A heated water jacket would keep the temperature really stable.
