There's a lot of buzz around the internet right now because UVB-76 aka "The Buzzer" has seen a sudden increase in activity-apparently both voice broadcasts and Morse code. It's far from the only one out there, but it's the current star of the numbers stations. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9mH77Wu0_eY
The uploader of that video says it just has to do with missile testing, but maybe it isn't. Maybe The Buzzer is just testing information...what about the others?

I recommend leaving the lights on, though. The Swedish Rhapsody one scares the cheese out of me.
