Should I vaccinate before they ship???

I would yes !

if they are bantams you have to be careful though, cause they are so small that if the do give the vacine, you run the risk of having more nerve damage cause there is not a lot of space compared to full size chicks.

Vaccinate for what? If you only have access to medicated feed, don't vaccinate for coccidiosis. Otherwise the feed and vaccine will cancel each other out.
