Valentine's Day dinner menu

I made a special dinner for DBF for Valentine's:

Appetizer:
Fresh ciabatta bread with warm jalapeno artichoke dip

Salad:
Caesar salad with Italian parmesan and organic tomatoes

Entree:
Twice-baked sweet potatoes with chipotle-maple filling
Steamed broccoli
Gorgeous cut of steak

Wine:
A lovely Washington red

Dessert:
Mint-chocolate mousse made with Belgian chocoalte and Valentine's Day eggs from our girls

Afterwards we watched "Something's Gotta Give" and snuggled.

How about a recipe for the jalapeno artichoke dip! Now that sounds good!

By popular demand, here are the recipes:

Artichoke dip: go to Metropolitan Market (found throughout the Seattle area) and buy an outrageously expensive cup of the goop. Transfer to oven-proof ramekin, bake for 20 mins to heat through, the finish off under the broiler.
