Vasaline on combs and fee?

How often (and should I) apply vasaline since it is getting very cold in GA tonight? They will be closed up in their coop at night. Auto door opens at 7 am closes at 8 pm.

Haven't tried this yet, but its 5 degrees now and only 12 for high today here in MA.

Its called "ChickenGuard". It works on ambient light and actual time too. You can use the light feature and have a time as a back up. Be sure to order the door when you order the actual device. We are very pleased with it. www.ChickenGuard.com I don't remember the price but it was not cheap. All the other doors work on something like a curtain rod auto thing. This was designed only for chicken doors. Good luck.
