Vegan Family Eating First Eggs

So today is the day. It has been 10 years since our family has eaten eggs. My son has NEVER eaten an egg. Our pullet Cutie has laid her first eggs this week. We will be celebrating by making cupcakes with eggs. Chocolate cupcakes.
