Veining in Dead(?) Egg

This is indeed a chicken egg. I would expect a fuller, darker egg at this stage, the veins have just kept me from throwing it out.
How strange! I would definitely think the egg would be full.
What was the temperature and was it consistent...?

With what the other poster's said about eggs hatching late is crazy! I would for sure keep that egg in longer and see what happens. And keep an eye out for any growth.

I wonder if veins could possibly stay and not go away, if its dead? I do think the dark spot is an indicator that its dead, but then there's those veins!

The temperature has been 99.5 the whole time. I have struggled to keep humidity high so have a moist paper towel added. I have seen no indication of the veins disappearing anywhere. I candled again tonight and they are still vibrant. People getting hatches on day 32 is extreme— I may as well wait until then, but I wouldn’t say I am hopeful. As the date on the egg indicates, it was set 6/3/25

Well, wouldn't have been too low of a temperature, and I don't think the humidity would do that. Won't hurt to wait longer!
