Vent Gleet

One of my chickens has vent gleet and I have read many websites telling me what to do and I just gave her some yogurt and water with apple cider vinegar but I still have a few questions.

How long does it take to get rid of vent gleet?

Should I put her back in with the other birds?

There is a bit of green next to her vent but I don't know if it is a bruise or an infection, and I know I can't give her antibiotics because it will kill both the good and bad bacteria that she needs to get rid of the yeast infection, so what should I do?

Should I put Neosporin on the vent area?

Her vent is still foaming, is this normal?
 
Miconazole from the drug store or Nustock cream from the feedstore would be good to put on the vent area every day. Nystatin from a vet, or Medistatin, available online, and fluconazole or diflucan with a prescription are good to treat fungal infections of the GI tract. Can you post a picture of the green skin? Bruising can sometimes look green. I don't think many isolate their chickens with vent gleet. Here are a couple of links if you haven't seen them:
