Vent plugs—when to open

i have never really payed much attention to these plugs except when hatching. Is there a specific time I should be removing them during the incubation?

well, that's good to know. this is the first time i put them in as I always lose them.... out they go...

I trashed mine on day two after I asked about them on here too.

I really can't remember who told me to trash them but I do remember that it was someone that I trusted knew what they were talking about.

I have never had issues with my incubations, so I probably should have just gone with what was working. Not sure why I felt like I needed to use them, other than they were part of the set up...
I trust your experience so out they go, permanently.
