Ventilation help!

My eggs are on their 21 days. I notice 1 of the egg pipped. I have computer fan inside the incubator for air circulation. Should I open up one of the ventilation hole for fresh air? The vent hole is about 1/2" in opening. Will this lower my humidity, currently at 75%. What should I do?

If they are pipping then you want your humidity at 70%, opening a vent hole will give them more air, but will cause your humidity to drop too. We just hatched but didn't have a fan, so we had to open both our vent holes.
